SEML Route des Lasers
SEML Route des Lasers corresponds to a regional strategy for scientific and economic development of the optics-lasers sector in Aquitaine.
This semi-public company offers coherent, well adapted real estate for company needs, including rental of offices and workshops, rental and sales of building sites, turnkey industrial facilities in three industrial zones:
• LASERIS 1, a science and technology park, particularly focused on industry.
LASERIS 2, dedicated to business and industrial services. These two zones are close to Laser Megajoule, within the municipality of Le Barp.
• The Cité de la Photonique - Unitec, near the University campus at Pessac, welcomes industrialists and research laboratories in the sector.
• LASERIS 1, a science and technology park, particularly focused on industry.
